After an order is placed, please allow 1-5 days for your order to ship.

We handcraft each item we send out. This includes creating, bottling, labelling and shipping. Handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items. Many of our items are made to order so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them.

Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.


UK  S H I P P I N G 

Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through Royal Mail. After leaving our facility, Royal Mail typically delivers in 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information (if selected) once your order has been shipped.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L  S H I P P I N G

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping if using Standard Mail. Usually, it will arrive sooner, approximately 2 weeks, but customs departments do have the right to hold and release items at their discretion.  The time frame that this takes is out of our control. If Customs charges apply please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. 

Shipping Options & Duration

-Standard Untracked Shipping (up to 4 weeks after dispatch): There's no tracking number available for this option. We the seller, are unable to provide any details on the whereabouts of any orders sent via this shipping option once it's dispatched. 

-Standard Tracked Shipping (up to 4 weeks after dispatch): Tracking Number will be provided to the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the courier directly for additional information on the package. 

-DHL EXPRESS Shipping (3-5 Business Days after Dispatch): We provide Express shipping at a flat rate. This option is fully tracked and provides both text and email updates if selected. 


O R D E R  I S S U E S

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) Please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to satisfy our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that occur.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour for example).

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.


R E F U N D S  +  E X C H A N G E S 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at at any time if you are unhappy with your order. Due to the organic nature of the products, can not accept returns. In most cases, refunds are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. However, in rare cases, we may accommodate cash refunds if the issue is due to an allergic reaction or damage/defect. In order to receive store-credit/refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we can arrange redelivery however, the buyer will cover the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds for unclaimed packages. 

Wild Seed Botanicals is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Wild Seed Botanicals.
